Paint Warranties

Central States metal is pre-coated in a low-waste, specialty painting process for durability and aesthetics. Depending upon the type of panel and paint system that you choose – paint warranties vary in length from twenty years up to Limited Lifetime warranties. The paint warranties cover issues like paint cracks or peeling, color fade and chalking, and similar conditions.

Substrate Warranties

Galvalume is a popular substrate because of its superior durability and corrosion resistance. AZ50 or AZ55 Galvalume substrates are covered under Central States warranty for painted steel roofing, siding panels, and hallway systems. These warranties cover coating rupture, failure, or perforation.

In 2024, we upgraded our substrate warranties to a 45-year (AZ55) and a 50-year (AZ50) warranty.
